At Bones Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Period
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your t-shirts for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Since we offer free standard shipping on all orders, we do not cover return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the return package is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@bonesthreads.com within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Retain the tracking information until your return is processed.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
